Vegan Mac & Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cashews (soaked in water for 1-4 hours)

  • Macaroni

  • Plant Milk

  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

  • Ground musard

  • Garlic salt

  • Pepper

  • Nutritional Yeast

  • Cayenne Pepper

  • Paprika

  • Vegan Cheese Shreds

  • Vegan Butter

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Boil Macaroni To box instructions

  • Combine Cashews. Milk, Mustard and seasonings using a high power blender

  • Blend until smooth

  • Add butter and cheese sauce to cooked macaroni and enjoy
