Vegan Breakfast Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1 can of vegan biscuits
Vegan breakfast sausage
JUST Egg (Vegan scrambled egg)
Vegan Cheese
Milk
Salt
Pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
Cut biscuit dough into 1/4s and spread on bottom layer of pan
Cook breakfast sausage on a skillet and crumble on top of biscuit dough
Combine JUST Egg liquid and milk in a bowl and mix together
Pour Egg and milk mixture into the pan
Sprinkle Vegan cheese shreds on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
