Vegan Breakfast Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of vegan biscuits

  • Vegan breakfast sausage

  • JUST Egg (Vegan scrambled egg)

  • Vegan Cheese

  • Milk

  • Salt

  • Pepper

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Cut biscuit dough into 1/4s and spread on bottom layer of pan

  • Cook breakfast sausage on a skillet and crumble on top of biscuit dough

  • Combine JUST Egg liquid and milk in a bowl and mix together

  • Pour Egg and milk mixture into the pan

  • Sprinkle Vegan cheese shreds on top

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
