Vegan Chicken Katsu

INGREDIENTS:

  • Tofu

  • Flour

  • Panko breadcrumbs

  • JUST Egg (Vegan egg substitute)

  • Garlic salt

  • Pepper

  • Poultry seasoning

  • Paprika

  • Cayenne Pepper

  • Ketchup

  • Vegan worsteshire sauce

  • Sugar

  • Soy sauce

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Chop Tofu into rectangular strips

  • Get three seperate bowls for frying. One with JUST Egg, One with flour, one with Panko breadcrumbs. Season flour and Panko with all seasonings.

  • Dip tofu in flour mix, then egg, then panko.

  • Air fry at 370 for 15 min, flipping halfway through

  • Top with Katsu Sauce: Combine Ketchup, Worsteshire, sugar and soy sauce.
