Vegan Chicken Katsu
INGREDIENTS:
Tofu
Flour
Panko breadcrumbs
JUST Egg (Vegan egg substitute)
Garlic salt
Pepper
Poultry seasoning
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Ketchup
Vegan worsteshire sauce
Sugar
Soy sauce
HOW TO MAKE:
Chop Tofu into rectangular strips
Get three seperate bowls for frying. One with JUST Egg, One with flour, one with Panko breadcrumbs. Season flour and Panko with all seasonings.
Dip tofu in flour mix, then egg, then panko.
Air fry at 370 for 15 min, flipping halfway through
Top with Katsu Sauce: Combine Ketchup, Worsteshire, sugar and soy sauce.
