Vegan Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS:
3 ripe bananas
2 tbsp plant milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted vegan butter
1 & 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine Banana, milk, brown sugar, melted butter and vanilla in a bowl and mix well
Combine Dry ingredients (Flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon)
Combine wet and dry ingredients and add chocolate chips
Grease baking dish and add mixture. Add a few chocolate chips on top if desired
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
