Vegan Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 tbsp plant milk

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup melted vegan butter

  • 1 & 3/4 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • Combine Banana, milk, brown sugar, melted butter and vanilla in a bowl and mix well

  • Combine Dry ingredients (Flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon)

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients and add chocolate chips

  • Grease baking dish and add mixture. Add a few chocolate chips on top if desired

  • Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
